The SLAC is dedicated to serve members of widely varying interests to network in aeronautically similar areas such as sailplanes, home-builds, powered flying, radio controlled and rubber band powered models, etc., And to share general aviation participation. The Cancer Center provides an integrative approach to healing. Yoga - Hatha #1
Yoga consists of deep breathing, gentle stretches, and relaxing. This co-ed class is suitable for all levels. Schedule from October - April: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., at the Sun Lakes Country Club Mirror Room.

Hatha Yoga involves mild stretching exercises with balancing and strengthening exercises. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, and geared toward active older adults.

Yoga At Cottonwood
Yoga classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Cottonwood CC in Room A 9-10. Bring your yoga mat, a towel or small blanket, and a yoga strap. Blocks/cushions may be useful. Please call for class schedule as times do vary with season.

Writers Group
The group meets weekly. Members read their original prose or poetry to others and have fun writing. Everyone is invited every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Cottonwood A-8.
